If this is your first visit, please choose the New Client option to fill out the necessary intake information. If you don’t receive a confirm e-mail, double check that you’ve completed the checkout.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please give as much notice as possible. To avoid any cancellation fees, please reschedule or call 24 hours prior to your schedule appointment time. A 50% service fee will be applied to late cancellations. If you miss your appointment without notice, a 100% service charge will be applied.
Please note that a credit card is requiring for booking, you will not be charged until after your appointment. You have the option to prepay for your appointment when scheduling. If you need to cancel or reschedule, no refunds will be given. Payment will be applied to future appointments.
