Services

  • Swedish Massage

The most commonly practiced type of massage. Intended to relax the entire body using long, gentle strokes, circular motions, and kneading.

  • Deep Tissue

Applying firm pressure and using slow strokes to reach deeper layers of muscle and fascia, this type of massage is very effective in addressing chronic muscle tension and pain.

  • Prenatal

Prenatal massage is a wonderful way to nurture expecting mothers. Aside from relieving muscle aches and pain, massage can help regulate hormones, reduce swelling, improve sleep and reduce anxiety and stress.

  • Manual Lymphatic Drainage

Manual lymphatic drainage moves excess fluid built up in the tissue towards lymph nodes. Using light pressure and a wave-like technique, this promotes the natural flow of lymphatic fluid and removal of waste from the body. This is an effective way to help those with allergies, low energy, autoimmune disorders, gastrointestinal conditions, and fluid retention pre/post surgery.

  • Cupping

Cups are placed and suction is used to lift skin and tissue to increase blood flow to areas of concern. The cups can stay static or be used in a gliding motion to promote healing.
